Terms of service
Last updated: May 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of logicden.io (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Engagements for paid work are governed by a separate written agreement (an MSA, SOW, or similar). These terms cover the public website only.
Who runs this
The Site is operated by LogicDen Inc. ("LogicDen", "we", "us", "our"). Email alex@logicden.io with questions.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. Specifically, you won't:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the underlying servers, or related systems;
- introduce malware, scraping bots that ignore
robots.txt, or denial-of-service traffic; - misrepresent your identity in the contact form or scheduling tool;
- use the Site or its content to violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights;
- reverse-engineer or copy substantial portions of the Site to build a competing product.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design — is owned by or licensed to LogicDen and protected by intellectual-property laws. The "LogicDen" name and logo are our trademarks.
You may quote short excerpts of our blog posts with attribution and a link back. For anything more, ask us first.
Third-party services and links
The Site embeds or links to services we don't operate, including Microsoft Bookings (at /book-a-call) and external sites referenced in the blog. We're not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Their use is governed by their own terms.
Submissions
When you send us a message via the contact form or by email, you confirm that the information is yours to share, that it's accurate, and that we may use it to respond and maintain reasonable business records (subject to our privacy policy).
Don't send us confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through the contact form. For that kind of conversation, we'll set up a proper agreement first.
No advice
Content on the Site — including blog posts, service descriptions, and email replies before a contract — is general information, not legal, tax, or professional advice. Don't act on it without specific, contextual guidance.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicDen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it up; sometimes things break.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicDen, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us for access to the Site (which is normally zero), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on implied warranties or certain damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LogicDen harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
Changes to the Site or these terms
We may modify the Site or these terms at any time. Material changes to the terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LogicDen is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
