Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: May 7, 2026
This policy explains what information LogicDen collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to logicden.io and the services we operate from this domain. We aim for plain language; if anything is unclear, email Management@logicden.io.
Who we are
"LogicDen" refers to LogicDen Inc., the operator of this website and the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form on /contact, we receive the name, email address, company, phone number, and message you provide. Phone and company are optional.
- Scheduling data. When you book a meeting on /book-a-call, that flow is hosted by Microsoft Bookings (a Microsoft 365 service). Microsoft processes the data you enter there. See "Third-party services" below.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond and maintain our records.
Information we collect automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp — for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a short period.
- Cookies. The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services (Microsoft Bookings) may set cookies necessary for their functionality.
How we use it
- Reply to your inquiry and discuss whether we're a fit to work together.
- Schedule and conduct meetings.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising or marketing automation.
Legal basis (for visitors in the EU/UK)
We process the information you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent (clicking "Send message"), our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services, and where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Third-party services
The site relies on a small number of vendors who process information on our behalf or on yours:
- Vercel — hosting and CDN. Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — DNS and traffic protection. Privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions. Privacy policy.
- Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Bookings — meeting scheduling embedded at /book-a-call, plus our work email. Privacy statement.
- Google Fonts — web fonts (Inter, DM Mono) loaded from Google's CDN. Privacy policy.
How long we keep your information
- Contact-form submissions and email correspondence: as long as needed to handle your inquiry plus a reasonable retention period for our records (typically up to 24 months), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Scheduling data: held by Microsoft according to its retention rules; we keep meeting records as part of our calendar history.
- Server logs: short-term (Vercel-controlled, generally days to weeks).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email Management@logicden.io from the address you originally contacted us with. We respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU/UK and unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, vendor-managed infrastructure with regular patching, scoped credentials, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose responsibly to Management@logicden.io.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or via email if we have your address.
